Forgive me if I have posted about this recipe before. Last week I ventured to cook something new again, sort of. I had tried the Roasted Butternut Squash Ravioli with Sage, Hazelnut and Brown Butter Sauce recipe before, but wasn't completely happy with it. I knew it could be better, so I tried again. I changed one thing this time. For time sake, I used pasta shells instead of wonton wrappers. So I guess they weren't technically ravioli anymore, but they were delicious! It is sure to please anyone that has a taste for fall flavors.
