I know this is a silly post. But I just love days that start with a really yummy breakfast. Why do I not make time for this every morning? It puts me in such a good mood and sets the tone for the rest of the day. This mornings breakfast; scrambled eggs with red peppers and goat cheese, grapefruit and coffee.

Not a silly post at all, I made oatmeal with blueberries and bananas yesterday and it certainly put a pep in my step!
